Initiation Community — Terms & Conditions Billing & Cancellation Initiation is a month-to-month membership billed every 30 days to the card on file at the time of purchase. By joining, you authorize Alysion Agency LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring 30-day basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days in an active billing period. Failed Payments If a payment fails, access to the Initiation community and all associated benefits will be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Alysion Agency LLC reserves the right to retry failed payments and will make reasonable attempts to notify you of any billing issues. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for monthly membership fees already charged. Community Conduct & Privacy Members agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and confidential environment at all times. Anything shared by fellow members inside the Initiation community is strictly confidential and may not be shared, screenshotted, or distributed publicly in any form. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community will result in immediate removal without refund. Access & Termination Alysion Agency LLC reserves the right to remove any member from the Initiation community at any time for violation of these terms without issuance of a refund. Annual Membership Credit The $997 annual membership investment may be applied as a credit toward the Untangled Method with Nancy Cooper only. This credit is non-transferable, must be used within 12 calendar months of purchase, and is not available for memberships purchased through an affiliate or referral link.
